I never associate burdens, hardship and obstacles with hemophilia. I prefer to view my hemophilia conditions as a part of me. There`s a lot of person and things happening around me that completes me, and makes me who I am today, like my religion, my family, my girl, my close friends, studies, musics, and the list is endless. And being a hemophiliac is one of it. Hemophilia is my catalyst in achieving my goals. In fact, being a hemophiliac never slows me down from doing what other normal person can do. I always compete with myself, because `myself` will always be my greatest challenger for my success. I`m definitely proud to be a hemophiliac.
p.s - Michael Jordan challenged himself to be the best in the game...Thank you Mike!

Yes!!! Totally agree with Physic. I think Haemophilia is not a burden. For me although sometimes when I am feeling down and had an excruciating pain due to bleeding, I might think why God gave me this ....
Of course for everything that happens there are pros & cons. And for me, I think PWHs do tend to cherish their lives more & will strive to study & play hard in order to gain more knowledge. Therefore, in M`sia our Society tends to encourage PWH to study hard & excel in their education in order to secure a better job & future (survival of the fittest)
In addition, I will consider myself lucky and privilege as Haemophilia is treatable (in a sense we do have medication) as opposed to some illnesses that do not have any cure. Therefore, we should not feel "inferior" or affected by Haemophilia.

keep the spirit up! :)
any other opinion? I would like to hear more. :)
for me, I`m not a PWH. but crazy as it is, sometimes I wonder if I was a PWH.
and when I was wondering, I thought that as a PWH, I had a good reason to make mistakes, I had a good reason to feel insecure, I had a good reason to feel neglected.
but on the other hand, as a PWH, I had a good reason to do my best because I would realize that life was too short to do otherwise.
^_^` I guess I`m just trying to make excuses, why right now I still don`t do my best.

For me, I feel it could be a lot worse. We all have our problems, and this is mine. One major advantage I feel is that you are born with it, so it becomes apart of your life. Being a haemophilia to me is normal. There are the ones that get acquired haemophilia and I would imagine that life will be harder for them. But I do know that God had a reason for me to be a haemophilia. I would be in a very different place in my life with out it and imagining what that life would be in my case. I am thankful for being a haemophilia, it has made me into the person I am today.
