Bruno, a clever basset hound, is the star of a new illustrated children's storybook. Proceeds from the book go to the UK Haemophilia Society and the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation.

The book tells three stories about how Bruno thinks his way out doggy dilemmas:

Cover of the book

"If you're the smallest basset hound: well, how do you get yourself noticed?

And how can you track down treats you're promised?

Then how do you cope with a world that's covered in 'cold'."

Based on stories by Pamela Todd, and told by long-established children's writer and animator, Guy Hallifax, with editing by Alison Boyle, noted for her expertise in children's literacy. Add original, hand-painted artwork by young, award-winning designer, Rebecca Sands, for a delightful, well-priced gift publication.

Both authors have donated all royalties from Bruno to help young people with haemophilia worldwide. In the UK, all royalties will be donated to The Haemophilia Society. Royalties from sales in the rest of the world are shared by The Haemophilia Society and the Novo Nordisk Haemophilia Foundation for their work with children in developing countries.

More details , including how to order a copy of the book, are available from the publisher's website. The book is available in English and Danish.
